Cancellation Policy
Any client that cancels their appointment with less than 48 hours notice is subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Canceling an appointment on the day of will require the client to pay for their missed appointment in full on top of paying for the new appointment in order to reschedule. No-show appointments will not be tolerated and that client will not be allowed to schedule in the future.
Why? Each appointment that is scheduled takes minimum one hour and some up to 3 or 4 hours depending on what is booked so please keep in mind the courtesy of my time.
